This is an awesome circuit to develop strength power and stamina for your MMA Training and Muay Thai techniques.

You perform all the exercises non-stop then rest for 30 - 60 seconds and repeat 2 - 4 times.

Featuring former Lumpini champion Neungsiam "the Rock" Samphusri.

*Use a med ball that weighs approx 5% of your bodyweight.*

1 - Power Squat Thrusts

(You can switch to regular press-ups if you get too tired)

These are a killer - especially on that 4th circuit!

2 - Rollover Chin-ups

If you get too tired or simply can't perform these then do a chin-up then a knee raise, but give them a go first!

3 - Power Split Squat Twists

Make sure that you keep your front heel down and don’t let your knee go beyond your toes.

This will develop massive explosive power in your legs.

4 - Alternating  Scissor Crunches

Make sure you keep your legs straight and touch both your heels and head to the floor between reps

Push your lower back into the floor to really get the most benefit.

5 -  Alternating Hip Bridge Thrusts

Focus on tensing your abs throughout, Keep your upper back and head pushed into the floor

Now - Rest 30 - 60 seconds and do it all again 2 - 4 times!
