if you start from nothing, no training in a single discipline. It is incredibly hard. You will have to learn two to three different styles to become a real contender. learn how to separate from style from another while in the gyms or keep

track on the intricacies of them in MMA competition.

Some places offer MMA training instead of just one style of disciple like BJJ or Muay thai. If you go that route, its a much different experience which can go slower are time. you will learn the basics it takes to do MMA but they can cut corners over the small details of the arts themselves.

It really just depends on the trainer and what kind of athlete you are. It also depends if your being trained into stuff that’ll fit to your body style or if your strictly learning what works best with someone elses body. The hardest part you may have is not the mma itself but the conditioning to be able to last in the MMA game. Natural Talent is also good if you have that, but it doesn’t mean it’ll be impossible without natural talent.

I think it would be really hard. No offense but I wouldn’t like to be in a sport where I can end up in the hospital or dead. Btw I did train at a pro wrestling school and no offense but it’s way more fun!

depends on the shape you’re in. if you’ve been a couch potato for 5 years it’s probably going to make you puke for a few weeks. if you’ve been doing another sport or at least keeping in shape, it shouldn’t kick your butt too bad. but it’ll still be a good wake up call for at least a few muscles or parts of your body.
