Is starting your MMA training after high school too late?

I’m 16 and very interested in MMA but haven’t started it at all. Is starting after high school too late? And does training in MMA make you more tough because I can’t really take a hit, yet.

What is a good place to go to close to the south hills of Pittsburgh Pa for MMA training?

I love watching MMA and have martial arts background but am just looking for a place to learn some basic MMA skills and get a good workout. I have a very busy schedule so i could only train a few times a week. Any suggestions?

The school i attended is moving south and it was the only one around. I know the basic techniques. so my problem is what equipment is necessary for me to continue training MMA?

Will CrossFit Training significantly help my MMA performance?

I’m just starting my MMA journey. I want to actually takew a few arts one at a time, becoming very fine tuned in each, before starting ‘MMA Training’ at a local MMA gym.

I’m 15 and will be statrting MMA training soon. The classes start at night but I saw on the website they added something at 11 am.


Anyways what should I eat before I go?? I was thinking a banana or peanut butter and celery with raisins, and maybe even a apple. Also should I
