I’m 16 and very interested in MMA but haven’t started it at all. Is starting after high school too late? And does training in MMA make you more tough because I can’t really take a hit, yet.

The school i attended is moving south and it was the only one around. I know the basic techniques. so my problem is what equipment is necessary for me to continue training MMA?
