You would definately have the upper hand. You would most likely be taught the basics of Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the two most practical and deadly martial
The inside of my ring finger and pinky finger have started bleeding every time I hit the bag. I have been wearing MMA gloves, any suggestions.

While in opponent to opponent, it doesnt look like they are hitting their strongest, especially in ground impound.
I wanna start weight lifting like the MMA fighters do. Is this 5×5 routine good for having powerfull punches but also keep me flexible? Also is the 5×5 routine for all weight lifting excersises or just upperbody?
