This simple workout done at the end of MMA Training will help to increase stamina as well as flexibility and improve your technique in key moves.

It also helps train you mentally because you are really having to think about the movements when you are already tired.

These movements are also good because they replicate the uneven application of stregnth that you use when doing Jiu Jitsu
It consists of:

A Moving forward into a pushup and a lower back explosion drill (You have to watch it as I cant really describe it properly)

A knee walking, hip steatch drill helpiung flexability and coordination

A drill replicating the movement to take someones back

A drill of the hip escape movement.
